Mr. Ronald M. Quileste is a faculty member of the School of Education of Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan. He graduated also in the same university Cum Laude, with the degree, Bachelor of Arts in Education major in Early Childhood Program, Master of Arts in Education major in School Management and Doctor of Philosophy in Education. He has taught in the grade school and college department of Xavier University. He has also presented in both international and local research conferences with topics under Early Childhood Education and Assessment of Learning. Currently, he is teaching Preschool Education subjects in the School of Education. He is also a trainer of local Daycare workers.
