Cashmir G. Pangandaman is a public servant, peacebuilder, mental health promoter, researcher, and culture and heritage advocate, serving as Administrative Officer at the Bangsamoro Liaison Office in Metro Manila. She is Multi-stakeholder Advisory Board member of the CMOR, SFR (Airborne), Phil. Army and AFP Pension & Gratuity Management Center. Recognized with the Nelson Mandela Noble Peace Award 2025 and Global Humanitarian Excellence Award 2025, she has co-authored at least two published research articles, primarily focusing on biblical counseling and ethical leadership in community contexts. She is an active adviser of the League of Academic Professionals and Interdisciplinary Society.
