• Express Entry and Arrima Invitations to Apply: Increase from 11,162 Q2-2025 (0 Arrima) to 25,017 Q3-2025 (1,024 Arrima). Q3-2025 year-over-year change (change from 2023): -47.1% (-21.7%)
